Our Founder, Mark Charles, was born and raised in South Africa before coming to live and work in the USA. He has overseen project teams, around the world, who have made significant progress in solving complex challenges. Seeing inequality through the lack of basic human needs to endless opportunity in the US, are what has shaped his vision for Across Borders.

Mark is the voice and bridge between those who want to help and those that need help.
